You can check into your suites and rooms from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Feel free to use our convenient self-check-in machine for a quick and hassle-free express check-in.

Check-out

On the day of departure, your accommodation is available until 11:00 AM. For an express check-out, use the link provided in the email sent to you before your departure to settle your bill conveniently online. 

Children

Children are more than welcome. Especially our 2-bedroom suites, which can accommodate up to 4-8 people, are ideal for families.

Coffee Machine

Nespresso machines are available in all suites and rooms, and coffee capsules are provided free of charge.

Conference / Meeting Room

We offer a meeting room with a capacity for up to 15 people. The room can be booked through info@postresidenzamsee.ch or at the reception.

Invoice

You have the option to conveniently pay your invoice online. A few days before your departure, you will receive an email from us with a link to the invoice and online payment options. If you have any questions about the invoice, our reception is at your service.

Iron & Ironing Board

Each of our suites and rooms is equipped with an iron and ironing board in the closet. You are also welcome to use our ironing service. The fees can be found on the laundry list.

Laundry Service

We offer laundry service from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM. Laundry dropped off at reception before 5:00 PM will be returned on the same day. A laundry bag and list are provided in your room's closet.

Parking

We offer underground parking spaces for CHF 18 per night, outdoor parking spaces for CHF 15 per night, and parking spaces in an external underground garage for CHF 12 per night. Several of our underground parking spaces are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.

Pets

We have suites and rooms where dogs are allowed. Please do not leave your dog alone in the room for extended periods to avoid any inconvenience for your pet and neighbors. Please note that the dog owner is fully responsible for any damages caused by the dog. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Thank you for your understanding.

Your restful night's sleep is important to us. Therefore, we offer a diverse pillow menu to cater to your individual sleep needs:

Smoking

We would like to inform you that our entire hotel, including all suites and rooms, is strictly designated as a non-smoking environment. Smoking is not allowed on the premises. Please use the balconies for smoking. In the event of a violation of this non-smoking policy, an additional night will be charged to cover the costs of thorough cleaning and restoring a fresh, smoke-free atmosphere for our subsequent guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We welcome you to our spa area for a relaxing and unforgettable experience daily from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Family-friendly times: to ensure that families can also enjoy the amenities of our wellness area, children under the age of 16 are welcome to visit from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

Please note that outside of these hours, access to the wellness area is exclusively reserved for guests aged 16 and above
